I am encountering an issue while installing the local_o365 plugin on my Moodle platform and am hoping someone here can assist. During the installation process, I receive the following error message:
- Missing dependencies are being installed
- Downloading local_o365 ... OK
- Checking local_o365 ... Error
- [Error] Required Moodle version [2023100900]
- Installation aborted due to a faulty verification
I am trying to upgrade from Moodle version 4.2.6 (Build: 20240212) (2023042406.00) to 4.3.3+ (Build: 20240315) (2023100903.08), which should actually exceed the plugin's requirements.
Here are the steps I have already taken to try to resolve the issue:
- Checked the permissions and ownership of the Moodle files and directories.
- Attempted to clear the cache and temporary files.
- Reviewed the plugin and Moodle documentation for any specific requirements.
Despite these measures, the problem persists. I would be very grateful for any help or suggestions you could offer to resolve this issue.
