I have Moodle 4.1, and i did the same settings for choosing the new version of question in the question bank after updating , i put the general feedback but it didn't appear even for the teacher not only for the student when i choose preview question
The general feedback is appearing only when you edit the question
i changed also in the preview settings in the quiz to let the general feedback appearing during the attempt but unfortunately not showing
