We want to synchronize Azure-AD to Moodle 4.1 for Account management. We are also synchronizing:
- surname
- givenname
- jobtitle All of these fields are synchronized to Moodle. Just the field department is not synchronized.
We created a manually created field using all kinds of moodle available data types and map the azure field department on it with no result. We tried to map the Azure field givenname on the moodle standard field department and the given name of the user was maped on the department field. We looked up on the learn-microsoft side: The only difference in the description of the mentioned field is, that "uesed in user flows" is "no" in department and "yes" at the others.
