I know that BBB plug-in is now integrated in to Moodle 4. Can somebody explain the transition? From the installation point of view what I see is that one needs to install the additional plug-in BigBlueButtonBN whereas in Moodle 4 it is already in the core. Am I right?

https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_bigbluebuttonbn/versions stops at 3.11 confirming the above. But https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_bigbluebuttonbn itself doesn't say anything about this. And the link More information on this plug-in takes you to https://docs.moodle.org/403/en/BigBlueButtonBN which talks of Moodle 1.9 and BigBlueButton 0.8!

Is one supposed to go to the developer web site https://blindsidenetworks.com/? Then better delete this old stuff and just add links to the corresponding pages.

There are many more. For example there is a link Discussion on  which takes one to this long thread which was finished in 2017 and locked. Now we have this full forum Web conferencing plugins (to share).

So the documentation for BBB as a core activity is here: BigBlueButton
I'll take a look at the older documentation and how to make the transition from the plugin to the core tomorrow (Monday) although if anyone has any extra information please post here, as I'm not sure myself.
