Quiz show warning when not set Require view 'Student must view this activity to complete it'

Step reproduce:
1. Create a course
2. Add quiz
3. In Activity completion (Quiz setting)
I do not tick Require view



4. Complete the quiz (Turn on developer debug mode). Warning is show


When I tick require view. The warning does not show.

Any solution to address this issue?
