Upgrade from Moodle 3.9 to Moodle version 4.1 results in general exception error when someone accesses 4.1 Moodle course activities such as SCORMS, forums, surveys, quizzes and web links.
Is there a way I can get rid of this error?
Upon clicking on the error, it says I have a draft question not in in use in my question bank and tells me to delete it. I went through all the created question banks on the LMS, deleted the draft and still the error is visible on the UI.
HELP.
