Videotime plugin of video is not working in moodle mobile IOS 17 and indicate this sentences 'The media could not loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported' but website and android application is working. What can i do? help me guys
I do see a message on the Videotime Moodle plugins page "Due to recent changes by Vimeo side, older versions of Video Time no longer work. If you experience any issues, please update Video Time" - so maybe check to see that you have the most recent version of the plugin and if so then they have a bug tracker here -- you can see if your issue appears in any of the open issues, otherwise leaving a detailed ticket here would be a good next step: https://github.com/bdecentgmbh/moodle-mod_videotime/issues
