NO Moodle services since 31/1/2024

From yesterday morning we have no access in your Moodle Account. Our services are on the USA server
Does anyone else have the same problem?

Nikolaos, MoodleCloud is currently experiencing some infrastructure issues which are under investigation. Its not clear what the root cause is at this point. The team are working hard to recify this and there should be communications being sent out around this. We are hoping we can resolve this soon and appologies for the issues.

I noticed a slow down a few days ago and now, like everyone else has no ability to access their site. Not an issue for me but my users on the other hand are not able to complete their assignments and tasks.

I am now having to revert back to my previous hosting service to recreate the courses, usernames, and passwords so that the registered course participants are able to complete these things. It's a bit of work but at least it gives me an option to stay afloat.
