timer should pause when we move to one section to another course in a course

Hi Team,

I have created a course and i had multiple sections(quiz) inside,but when i move to one section to another section,the timer should pause,but currently timer is not pausing,can someone pls help me on this

Could you be more clear? Do you mean, you have a quiz containing multiple pages and when you turn pages the timer should stop?

Either way, this looks like a question on the Quiz activity to me - not about a Moodle community site.
