I'm trying to figure out the correct settings for a role that would allow the user to make a backup and immediate restore of a course without being able to make any changes to the course.
I tried creating a new "copy cat" role with course context with only moodle/backup:backuptargetimport set to allow, but it didn't work. The user can't get to the course reuse menu.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
In answer to my own question, I think I have something that works as I want it. It probably has more than it needs in it, but the extras don't hurt anything.
