The ADD option in the Content Bank for H5P Content types does not work to allow the creation of interactions activities

I have tried to create questions from H5P core but could not select any interaction type and the H5P does not show any possible selection. I have also installed the H5P content Types Plugin and the Interactive content H5P and still not able to create courses with H5P content !!! The Add option in the Content Bank is not opening to select the interaction I need. Is there anything else that need to be modified to fill and be able to use the Content types from the plugins? I have reviewed several documentations but could not find anything related to this issue.
