Hello, we have a problem.
Sometimes the plugin appears as installed and sometimes it does not appear in the list of plugins.
When it is not on the list, the course that has its format has the 'block' format.
We use Load Balancer, I don't know if it can influence it.
Initially we thought that one instance might have the plugin and another might not. However, even using just one instance, it alternates between moments when the plugin exists and does not exist.
We have already cleared the cache.
Does anyone know how to resolve this so that plugin remains stable?
We use the versions
Moodle: 3.6.10
Collapsed Topics: 3.6.1.1
The "Collapsed Topics" plugin keeps disappearing and reappearing.
