Lesson problem after Moodle upgrade

Hi,


on our plattform we upgraded from Moodle 4.0 to 4.1.

And now the lesson activities no longer work correctly. We have matching questions. The master solution no longer works. So nobody reaches 100 % in the lesson with matching question.


We have the same prob, when creating new lessons on that platt form.


Can you help ?

+1, we are experiencing an issue on our platform where Lesson questions with the Matching question type do not accurately flag correct answers as correct. For the time being, we mark incorrect answers as having points to get around it, but it seems to have to do with the latest 4.1 version.
