Hello,

Can anyone help me? I'm trying to install Moodle using xampp on a localhost, but when I get to the installation page, a "restriction" appears concerning the PHP version.

It says I have version 8.2.4, but it's version 7.4 that's required and PHP versions 8.2 and higher are not supported.

Installation - Moodle 4.1.6

Can you explain how to change the PHP version on xampp?

It is possible to have version 8.0 or 8.1, as version 7.4 is earlier. Do you think my Moodle platform will work with one of these two higher versions 8.0 or 8.1?
