Moodle for mobile

I am have a problem with my SCROM packages. I use lectora to create learning modules. I publish these learning modules to SCROM and publish them to my LMS. 
I have absolutely no issues with : 
Apples phones using a browser or the app
Apple iPads using a browser or the app 
Android phones using the browser. 
Android Tablet using a browser. 

In all of these situations the SCROM works perfectly with no errors 
The issues arise when I use the moddle application on an android device. 

Once i use the moodle APPLICATION on ANDROID devices, certain interactions will not work. 
Ex. There is a button that is clicked which plays an audio clip. (The button is clicked and half of the audio clip is played and it stops) 
Ex. I click the true button and it works fine but the false button choice will not work. 
Ex. I click a button and text should pop up on the screen but it does not. 

These errors are spiritic and cannot be traced. There is seemingly no pattern. 
They only seem to occur when using an android device on the moodle app. Other than that the SCROM work perfectly 

Does anyone have any advice or things that I can try. I have been going crazy for weeks.
