We have just started using Moodle for a few new courses and are having trouble being able to sign people up.
We've tried both manual enrolment and self-enrolment.
With manual enrolment, it keeps coming up as invalid username or password. I've set this myself for the user as when we click auto generate password, the email doesn't send. However, even when testing, the user can't access it with the details we have provided.
Secondly, self-enrolment does not work either as the emails are not going through.
I have tried looking on all the forums and everything I try doesn't work. I am not technically minded and we don't have a tech team, so any help would be much appreciated as I am at a loss.
