If you check any moodle 4 installation URL e.g., https://school.moodledemo.net/ on any cookie checker website, such as https://www.cookieserve.com/ one of the cookies that show up is something called 'loglevel'.
This cookie does not have any description; and I could not find any reliable information on Moodle forums / documentation.
My question is what does this 'loglevel' cookie do?
If this cookie can be disabled, then the bare bones moodle installation will set only one other cookie - the Moodlesession cookie.
