Hi,
A student is enrolled in course A and after a few weeks, he requested transfer to course B.
During the period he was enrolled in course A, he did some activities (assignment, quiz, etc.)
When transferred to course B, these activities remained in course A and he no longer has access to course A - his status is "suspended".
What options do I have for transferring these activities from course A to course B, as well as their grades?

Are the activities the same in course A and course B? If so, you can grade them in the gradebook as per course A results, and note where to find the original submission.
I wouldn't import activities from course A to B, since it will add new columns to the gradebook for all students in course B.
If he still needs access to course A for feedback/grade, it might be better to create a "suspended" group and restrict it's access to the other assessments, rather than suspending his enrolment.
