How to set time gap between two activities

Is there any settings using which I can set a time gap between two activities or lessons so that we make sure that the student do proper practice before starting the next topic and don't do all of them in one go.

In restrictions, it is allowed to restrict using a particular date or some condition based on previous activity done or marks score.
But as different users are enrolled in the same course and at different time, so  starting date may be different so we can not fix a particular date for each activity, just want to give some time gap according to the topic.
Kindly guide me and give your suggestions for the same.

If you're comfortable working with the Topics or Weeks format, there's an experimental feature called Course relative dates (admin shortname enablecourserelativedates, found under Site admin > Development > Experimental settings), which should enable you to set a number of days between activities, based on a participant's enrolment start date. It hasn't been fully implemented (it's still an experimental feature), but it may be useful.
