Unable to install Moodle on my ubuntu server

Hi all,

I've been trying to install Moodle on to my Ubuntu Server Virtual Machine, but i keep getting this error after going through the web portal setup for the config.php and the upgrade of the moodle components and plug ins. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Moodle Version :Moodle 4.1.2+
Ubuntu Version : 22.04

Off the top of my head, it looks like the first time you installed Moodle it failed and left an incomplete database /config.php.
Can you remove the database and config.php and start from scratch?

Hi Ken & Justin,

Thanks for lending a helping hand on this troubleshooting, i manage to install moodle on my ubuntu server using version Moodle 4.1.2 instead of Moodle 4.1.2+, aswell as deleting the previous DB and recreate a new one and it worked. Thanks!
