We have a custom account in a course on MoodleCloud, but the custom account is not appearing in the course participants list.
Any ideas?
Hi Dan - By "custom account", do you mean "custom role"? If so, have you checked whether other roles can view this custom role?
Site administration -> Users -> Permissions -> Define roles -> Allow role to view
