I'm trying to get the TurnitIn plugin up and running. So far I've got it Connected to Moodle and it is showing in the assignements as a setting under its uwn Title. So far so good.
Historically we've set up a Moodle with 2 schools in it. It has never given us any problems, but since turnitIn is a paying service I would like to restrect the usage of the plugin:
- To indiviual teachers or, if that doens't work
- To one school
I'm trying with a cohort.
- I've set it up so the teacher role is set 'inherit' for this plugin.
- I've then created a 'Turnitin' Role that is set to 'allow' for this plugin en 'inherit' for everything else.
(leraar = teacher)
(niet ingesteld = inherit)
I've added the TurnitIn Role to a Turnitin Cohort and placed two accounts in this cohort.
After this I've assigned the role to a sitegroup.
What else can I look at? Or is there a different way to go about this?
