Moodle is very slow we are unable to increase the speed - Moodle (3.9)
Our Moodle vertuion is 3.9, with approximtly 6000 useres. At the time we are using the default blank theme. On campus when we open any other site it loads fast. When we use Moodle it is very slow to navigate moving between pages adding activities resources or performing any Moodle task takes a long time. I have tried to include as many details as possible please let me know what I can add.
I would appreciate any input on what could be causing this issue
