Below is the scenario to reproduce this
If we login as administrator
Using this link https://www.xxx.com/mod/feedback/show_entries.php?id=49 we are able to see the submitted responses. We reached this link by clicking Feedback administration -> Responses.
https://www.xxx.com/mod/feedback/view.php?id=49 - In this link we are not able see the 'View responses' tab or link if we login as administrator as well as teacher
In earlier versions
We used to see Responses using https://www.xxx.com/mod/feedback/view.php?id=49
We have given permission for teachers to see responses.
So they will be accessing https://www.xxx.com/mod/feedback/view.php?id=49 and will be seeing.
After version upgrade only we faced this issue
