so im developing a theme and ive come across abit of an issue, the body id name for the main course page & the reports page has the same page id. 
this is the main course page, and you can see it has the ID of "page-course-view-topics" 





and this is the reports page, which also has the ID of " page-course-view-topics ". 




however if you click on the other pages, settings, participants, etc they all have unique IDs of "page-course-edit", "page-course-view-participants" etc , so im wondering is there away to manually change the id of the reports page because as you can see it is messing up the css styling for the page due to the changes that were made on the course page?

Your HTML screen shots are both the same and consider the 'pagelayout-.....' body class as a possible solution.

they have the same body ids & classes but i assure you they are 2 different pages.
