Moodle Cloud does not offer big storage and you cannot just use external storage. You will need to host the site on your own server or use a Moodle partner. You are welcome to contact me if you want to make use of our service. We host many Moodle sites and provide good storage. We are also the Moodle partner in South Africa, so depending on your country, it will be cheap to use us.
