Rating in Forum is not seen in Rater

Hy people.
I ask you a question, I have configured a forum with qualification. Once the student is graded and passed it is not reflected in the grader.

It appears as disapproved.

They have an idea what it could be.

I am using version 3.11.

Hello Joost, it is in spanish, but upload.
Show "disapproved" and the student make the activity correctly.
The forum is configuret like passed and disapproved

I'm quite comfortable reading Spanish, so don't worry. The only reason there's a 'Desaprobado' in your grade book, is a custom scale set up for the activity. You can check as follows:


Go to the forum, check the forum settings (editar ajustes). 


In the section 'Evaluacón del foro complete', you'll find a scale (Escala) has been selected to display a grade, instead of a regular grade or percentage score. 


Scales are calculated in a linear fashion, so there may be a mismatch between the numerical value behind the Aprobado/Deaprobado scale and the passing grade (calificacón para aprobar).
