Guest acces + Student self enrolment

I'd like to combine several enrolment methods, but at least Guest acces + Student self enrolment.
Then guest should be able to see only the first couple of topics and would need to enrol as student (paid or unpaid) to access the rest.
I added both, guest access and self enrolment, but only guest access appears.
Any idea?

Can you clarify how you have set this up?
You have set up guest access to the site and the course? So a guest not logged in can access the course?
You have then made the first couple of sections available to guests not logged in but then the other sections you have restricted access to them unless someone has an email adress - in other words, they need to have an account to be able to self enrol into the course?
If people access the course as a guest and not logged in then they should see a link to enrol themselves in the course - which will prompt them to create an account and self enrol.
