After upgrading to M4, website now has a question mark icon on bottom right. Clicking on it a pop up window opens.
Can I edit its content?
For example the text and linkt to "contact support" and "privacy policy"

As administrator you can adjust the contact support setting here: .../admin/settings.php?section=supportcontact

I've set it here: /admin/settings.php?section=policysettings
But the link in the pop-up above still links to a different page (created with Static Page plugin).

I've solved this.
The text with link to Privacy Policy shown in the "question mark pop-up" above, is the text previously shown in footer (Moodle 3.x), the one you enter in "Additional HTML" - "Before closing BODY" field.
I've set it here: /admin/settings.php?section=policysettings

How did you get rid of the "Services and support" entry at the top? I would like to remove it too but haven't been able to find out how.
