It's good to see Softaculous stepping up. However, I would still caution against using one-click installers in the first place (I'm not just looking at Softaculous). There's a "black box" element of their operation making support tricky. Softaculous aren't Moodle experts and we aren't Softaculous experts. Users get stuck in the middle.
