Greetings lovely humans, 

I need some help smile  I've recently inherited a Moodle which is hosted on 365. 

I need to do an upgrade and would appreciate any advice.  

I've worked as a Site Admin for years, but we used a hosting company so upgrades weren't my remit and I'm feeling out of my depth.

Is "365" a shared hosting company? You must understand that the helpers may not know the control interface of that particular company. Still, you could try by posting the link to the package here.

About upgrading, what is the current Moodle version? What is the target version? Read the upgrading documentations like https://docs.moodle.org/31/en/Upgrading (that /XX/ is the target version). May be you can translate it to the control interface of your provider.
