If you login and visit your profile, there is a link for 'Forum Postings" ... that's where the link above comes from.

PDF - not understanding ... you created a file resource link in a course, uploaded the PDF to the moodle, and now you say it doesn't work?    The link doesn't work or the file cannot be displayed?

Or did you upload the PDF to your One Drive, and then created a link to the PDF that was in One Drive?    If latter, are you have any other issues with One Drive?

WikI - as teacher or higher role, go to course, make sure editing is turned on.
If I re-call for 3.6 of moodle, in each section of the course there are 2 drop down
pick list ... one for Resources and one for Activities.   Wiki's are found in Activities.

Now before you ask why the links above have version 400, that's the way moodle docs work - which is also a hint that Moodle 3.6 is very old ... 5 versions behind.
