Hi All

In the assignment area, we are using the Turnitin plugin.  About 20 students have submitted, and have no problems. 

One student submitted, received her similarity percentage, but, when clicking on it to review the report, gets this error.  (From the Admin, I do the same, and get the same error).  The assignment is there (Word docx) and several other students submitted  in the same format.

Just a quick update: I asked the student to re-submit, and she did so, and it still gives the same error.
