Hi All, our moodlecloud upgrade is happening at the moment. Unfortunately it's happening at 09:00 on a Monday morning and seems to have taken more then an hour. We weren't notified that the upgrade was happening. Is there a way that we can be when there's going to be extensive downtime?
This got resolved by the support team. It took around two hours in the end, but they explained it was meant to happy outside of working hours. Thanks again!
