I've setup a course where every users have 2 things to do. They have to view a PDF and pass an elearning activity (scorm file). I don't have any problem with the scorm file. but the PDF is causing me problems. When they click on the link, the file opens in another window, and since the condition is View, It should be completed, but sometimes, I don't know why, it doesn't work. i tried to have the PDF open in the same page, but it does the same thing. Dor some people it works and for some it doesn't. What could it be? Is there a better way to have the users view the content of the file?
