Invalid Login Token

Hello,

I apologize in advance because i am very new to managing a Moodle site and I may not have all the correct information right away.

Running Moodle 3.11.6 on a Windows 2016 server, with apache2.4, PHP 7.4 and using MySQL 8.

When we initially installed we had this installed on localhost. After moving this to production, upon trying to login we receive an error message "Invalid login, please try again". These same logins worked on localhost previously.

In the error log see this (user information removed): [client IP ADDRESS]  https://website.ca  Invalid Login Token:  username  Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/99.0.4844.82 Safari/537.36, referer: https://website.ca

Having searched the forums/FAQs, tried temporarily disabling the login token and this instead resulted in a different error: Cookies are not enabled in your browser, even though cookies were enabled.

This is happening even for the administrator account, so unfortunately we currently have no access to the Moodle site itself.

Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

As an addition to this (not sure if it is relevant), we are using a loadbalancer/proxy to offload SSL.
