Hi,

I am using MoodleCloud and would be very grateful for your help. I currently search for an option, to inform users via email about a new course after enrolling. Is this even possible in moodlecloud?

When you say "enrolling" do you mean after you have manually enrolled them into the course? If that is the case, then you can use the Announcements forum in the course which will send a message out. If you meant after they have created accounts on the site(or you have created accounts for them) which is authentication (not enrolment) then you could use the Site news for informing them. See Announcements
