Offline Quiz marks uploading

In one application we want to conduct quiz in one machine and after that upload the grade on another moodle instances via offline mode. Can this is possible to upload the marks and students quiz attempts offline and also generate the statistics.

In my case, I download my entire Moodle "production" data every day (as a backup). Once a week, I load the data into my MAMP installation of Moodle, and do "analytics" from this experimental moodle. My production Moodle is relatively small, under 15GB.
