Buen dia, les comento que despues de actualizar mi version a la 3.11 me dice que tengo que registrar mi sitio y cuando intento hacer dicho proceso me manda el siguiente error:


The hub cannot access your site at http://aqui va mi sitio. - Unexpected HTTP response code 503. Your Moodle site and the hub need to be able to communicate with each another. If you are unable to register your site please email support@moodle.org


Mande email al correo que recomienda y me dicen que abra un ticket aqui sonrisa

A alguien le a pasado y como la a solucionado? Muchas gracias...

Hola Angel.
¿Tu sitio moodle está activo? Es decir, si introduces 'http://aqui va mi sitio' en tu navegador, ¿accedes sin problemas al sitio? El sistema de registro de Moodle necesita acceder a tu sitio moodle para comprobar que efectivamente existe tal sitio y es accesible.
Comprueba que no esté en modo mantenimiento.

Muchas gracias por contestar, si esta activo mi sitio es http://ead.itcdjimenez.edu.mx
y no estoy modo mantenimento, tengo entendido que no te afecta que no lo tengas registrado, pero mi jefe me dice que tengo que registrarlo que no debe aparecer ese mensaje, pero como te comento solo actualice version.... el sitio ya tiene funcionando años atras

lo acabo de intentar nuevamente y ahora me marca otro error:

You are trying to register a site with a URL that was previously used by a registered site. We've sent an email to this previously registered site administrator. This administrator will have the choice to delete the previous registration record from the hub. If he/she decide to do it, then you will be able to register your site. Note: Usually you should be this administrator, but this step is required to avoid hacking. Thank you.

Hola de nuevo. Este mensaje es el normal si el sitio ya había sido registrado en alguna ocasión anteriormente.
Entonces el anterior administrador recibirá un correo con un enlace para que decida si quiere registrar el sitio de nuevo borrando el registro anterior.
Si tu no eres el que registró el sitio, tendrás que averiguar quien fue para advertirle de que recibirá el correo.
En cuanto a la importancia del registro te cuento mi opinión. No afecta en nada al funcionamiento del sitio moodle pero resulta muy útil porque la dirección de correo del administrador usada cuando se registra un sitio recibirá avisos importantes cada vez que el código se actualiza y aparece una nueva versión.
De esa manera no tendrás que estar atento a nuevas versiones.
Precisamente hoy acabo de recibir un correo de estos.

To avoid leaving your site vulnerable, we highly recommend you upgrade your sites to the latest Moodle version as soon as you can. If you cannot upgrade, then please check the below list carefully and patch your own system or switch off those features.

Debería llegar ese correo. Ten en cuenta que la persona que registró el sitio anteriormente pudo optar en el momento del registro por ofrecer un correo distinto.
En cualquier caso tenemos un formulario para hacer consultas sobre problemas a la hora de registrar un sitio en el siguiente enlace:
https://moodle.com/contact/support/?selection=community#form
Mira al final de esa página. Ahí tienes el formulario para expresar tus problemas con el registro. Ellos pueden borrar el registro anterior para que tú puedas registrar el sitio de nuevo.
