I have Moodle 3.11 I am unable to find option to import files in content bank other than .h5p is there any plugin require to enable other files option like Aiken formats like.txt ms word etc?.

The Content Bank has a specific purpose for creating, storing and managing H5P packages. The place where you'd upload your Aiken formatted (or GIFT, Moodle XML) question sets for Quiz can be found by going to your Course administration area (cogwheel > More... > Question bank in Boost-based themes), and then selecting the Import section of the Question bank.

Thank you for your response I think I need more time to better understand moodle features and functionalities.
One more thing I would like to ask I installed a couple of H5P plugins into moodle but only a few options are showing when I click on add button on the content bank.
where I have many options I can see in library.

find Download available H5P content types from h5p.org
edit(cogwheel )
write * in all fields (Minute , hour .....)
this will make do the installation of new modules once the cronjob run
