Scorm package only available after completing earlier package

I have a course that has 9 scorm packages and I would want that the last package cannot be completed before the rest (or the one before) is completed. Is this possible to do?

I have version 3.8.5

Create each SCORM package as a course activity in the same course. After the first SCORM Activity, add to the next SCORM activity a Restrict Access condition. Continue this process for each of the SCORM Activities.
