course completion date calculation

Hi,

checking the course completion report i've noticed that the date of completion for all users is not the day they've actually completed the required activity (ex. a quiz the 25 of June 2020) but the date i've specified the course completion criteria (yesterday).

Is this a normal behavior? Do i need to force some kind of re-evaluation?

I've found this in the bug tracker marked as closed but it doesn't mention anything about my moodle versione, 3.9

Hi Filippo,

Well done finding MDL-64576. It lists fix versions of 3.10.8 and 3.11.4 which means it is not fixed in 3.9 unfortunately. Hopefully you can upgrade your site soon to benefit from the bug fix.

Unfortunately our service provider only upgrade from lts to lts.
I'll try some other workaround.
