Problem is, moodle community doesn't have access to Edumy files to have a look where to change. You'd be in better position to ask the developer to assist you.

If Edumy have developed their theme according to Moodle's standards, there should be a language pack file containing language strings that you could locally modify. It's a matter of minutes to find Site admin > Language > Language customisation and then search for the theme_edumy language strings.
If it's not in the language pack, you're going to have to modify code directly, but I wouldn't recommend that in any case.
