Hi,

there is a problem in gradebook where some students can not view their grades from gradebook

also teachers can not use the gradebook to download the grades because the gradebook is not showing all the grades of students.

going to each activity and clicking Regarde is not a practical solution

this problem is affecting the reports from Moodle too.

the problem is in 3.11 but on track, it is for 3.9

do you know how to fix it or what the cause of it

also where the correct grades stored in Moodle DB

if the student clicks on the quiz, they can see their grades

but in gradebook, it is not showing

where the grades of the activity are stored 

can you please help with how grades are stored to try to solve this problem

In my case, the issue seemed to be caused by ldap enrollments. We switched everyone over to manual enrollments and the issue went away. So maybe a sync issue or something with ldap/AD.

I am having this problem on version 3.10.11. I have tried everything I know to try. I have verified that the logs show I am entering the grade. I have verified that MaraDB is showing the database change for the grade. Everything says Moodle should be showing the grade correctly, but it doesn't. I have random students who suddenly have this problem, and I have yet to see an identifying pattern.
