Hi all,

Since our upgrade to Moodle 3.10.8, we have noticed that there is something awry with file resource that have an MP3 file. Normally, when opening such a resource a page opens with a player on it, but lately the player is gone. Something is stopping the multimedia filters (Poodle and the regular multimedia filter) from working. MP3 flies that have been added to text editors and linked to do generate a player.

I wonder if anyone else has (had) this same problem and if they have any suggestions as to how to solve it.

Hi all,

I have now been able to narrow this issue down to specifically the File resource page when it opens automatically. When set to Open or to Pop up, the MP3 file plays. I discovered that this issue has to do with the Poodll filter, for when the Multimedia filter is raised above the Poodll filter in the Manage filters list, the problem goes away. I request that the moderator transfers this thread to the Poodll forum, so as to avoid double posting.
