Hi,
Can we show NOT CURRENT users in Activity completion report. We want to that if user has not current status then till how much topic he / she has completed. Now it is showing for active users only.

That is standard functionality. You can only view currently enrolled students in the Activity Completion and Course Completion Reports.
You can view the Grade History Report using a date range to view all students that Passed the course.
You can only write a SQL report to provide you with all students that have complete the course. Reference the Moodle documentation for ad-hoc contributed reports
