Moodle + Oauth error

Hi,

I'm currently working on setting up oauth to a specific SSO setup on Moodle. All the settings and endpoints are correct but when I go to connect the system to an account I get the below error and cannot find any other information relating to it?

Has anyone ever seen this type of error before?

I haven't seen that message but I think it's sent by the OAuth 2 issuer to Moodle. Possibly this is due to a scope in Scopes included in a login request for offline access that the issuer doesn't support.
