I just upgraded to 3.11 from 3.10 with the usual process (Linode Container centos with latest php, all green indicated), and all works fine except Quizzes. I can create a quiz and add questions, which appear in the Question Bank, but once saved, I cannot edit the quiz. The gear icon does not appear in the top right, nor does the edit button for teachers.
Has this feature moved in 3.11 or do I have a database issue (running MariDB)?
