A few days ago, we ran into a problem in our exam.
On the screen of some people, questions and random words that have never
been uploaded to the system are seen. These words were not included in
other questions. The longing and predicate of the questions were in
different places. However, there was no such problem in the admin
screen. What could be the cause of the problem. version: 3.9.0 (Build -
2020062300)

Moodle cannot create words that have never been input into it. They must come from somewhere. (Perhaps try a full-text search in the database to see if you can see where they come from?)
Generally, it's not a good idea to be using 3.9.0. There have been 10 bug-fix releases since then on the 3.9 branch (https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Releases#Moodle_3.9_.28LTS.29) - however, I don't recall any bug like this.

I'd like to second this and I spend a huge amount of time following Moodle issues. Without screenshots/more information it would not be possible to trace this down.

Sorry, we don't have screenshots. We encountered such an error in 2 questions.
In one of the questions, the text of the question is correct, but there is no subject and predicate in the answers, and there are words that do not belong to the main question. These words are not found in other questions or in other questions registered in the system.
In a question, there is a question that does not exist at all, the subject is correct, but the rest contains a different text. Again, that text is not in another question or elsewhere in the system. In addition, the choices should be a, b, c, d, e, but they come out as a, B, C, NS, e. It doesn't look like this on the admin preview screen. It's a problem that only a few users have during the exam. We had done the same exam more than 10 times before. There was no such problem.

One of my students just had the same problem, but with Cloze questions. Words on the question text and drop down answer choices are different on his screen than on mine. He also said in essay questions, the text he typed was auto correcting to random words. Pictures and screen shots below. In questions 5 and 6, the answers "E" and "ES" are replaced by "AND" and "IT". In question 12, the word "Vmax" is relaxed by "INmax". Any help is welcome!

In case the student uses Microsoft Edge as a browser, try disabling automatic translation.

This is exactly how our problem is. It does not have automatic translation in any translation tool or browser. However, different choices in the questions and texts from other questions are mixed. Everything looks normal on the admin screen. There are also words that don't exist at all.

My student was using Edge, so it's possible the auto-translate was the issue for him (waiting to hear back if it's on). Thanks for the suggestion Matthias!
