ERROR- Installing plagiarism plugin from ZIP file

I am getting an error trying to install a plagiarism checker in moodle version 3.8.8+ , any suggestions will help.

  [Error] Required Moodle version [2020030600]

Well... what it says. You need a Moodle version >2020030600. That's a weird build number - it's somewhere between 3.8 and 3.9 but it's definitely newer than 3.8. You can't use that plugin on version 3.8 of Moodle.
